At 100 LAB, we take great care in designing, manufacturing, and packaging every product. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, please contact us at ar@100-lab.com.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Once your return request has been approved, we'll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our return policy.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact ar@100-lab.com as soon as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ar@100-lab.com.
Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.
Material Characteristics
100 LAB products are crafted from natural and industrial materials, including aluminum, brass, wood, stone, and other raw materials.
Minor variations in color, texture, grain, machining marks, bead-blasted finishes, laser textures, oxidation, and the natural aging or patina of materials are part of the intended character of each piece. These variations are expected and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Because each product is individually manufactured and finished, slight variations between pieces are normal and make every object unique.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Personalized items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, the fastest option is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be unused, returned in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at ar@100-lab.com.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of:
- A manufacturing defect
- Shipping damage
- An incorrect item sent by us
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as 100 LAB is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
