Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.
During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay, we'll contact you as soon as possible.
Please note that custom, made-to-order, or pre-order products may have longer lead times. Estimated production times will be provided on the product page when applicable.
Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size, and selected shipping method.
International Orders
We ship internationally to select countries.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ship every order promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
100 LAB is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at ar@100-lab.com.
Please include your order number and photographs of any shipping damage so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
