Each piece is fabricated and hand-finished in our studio, with care and attention to detail.

From stack to flame

Inspired by firewood gathered beside the hearth, a single sheet of 5052 aluminum is shaped with a few bends to create both a resting stack and a place to burn. Up to five incense sticks sit together at the back. One is taken from the stack, placed in the opening, and lit above the shallow tray. The remaining sticks stay visible, becoming part of the object’s composition. A familiar act of tending, translated into a small everyday ritual.

Five incense sticks included
Super low-smoke incense with no added fragrance. A subtle natural scent brings a sense of calm to the everyday ritual.

Stick Length
For the full stacking experience, incense sticks longer than 8" or 200mm are recommended. Shorter sticks may still be used for burning.

Made in Studio
We aim to keep every stage of fabrication in our studio, with care and attention to each piece. Please allow additional time for fabrication and order fulfillment.

Care
Allow the incense and ash to cool completely before cleaning. Gently remove the ash and wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh cleaners to preserve the surface finish.
